Dieser Blog startete im August 2016 als unser kleiner, funktionaler Reiseblog, mit dem wir unsere Freunde und Familie via Internet über unseren Roadtrip auf dem laufenden halten wollten. Das hat gut geklappt und wir haben viel positives Feedback zu unseren Bildern und Artikeln erhalten.

Mit völliger Überzeugung können wir das Reisen als eine unserer gemeinsamen Leidenschaften bezeichnen. Allein im Jahr 2016 haben wir 6 verschiedene Länder sowie auch interessante Orte innerhalb von Deutschland besucht. Auch für 2017 ist schon so einiges Spannendes geplant. Das Bloggen im Sommer hat uns viel Spaß gemacht, weshalb wir nun beschlossen haben, diesen Blog als generellen Reiseblog weiterzuführen.

Was erwartet euch zukünftig auf Vikingpanda?

Vornehmlich weiterhin Bilder und Erlebnisberichte unserer kommenden und auch vergangenen Reisen
Reviews zu Orten, Büchern, Reiseequiptment etc.
Erfahrungsberichte zu spezifischen Phänomenen im Reiseland
Basic Sprachkenntnisse (da Coco Schwedisch lernt, vor allem Schwedisch)
Tipps für Restaurants, Essen im Allgemeinen und Nachgekochtes aus dem Urlaub
Beste Unterhaltung auf Reisen
Reisen von Couch – welche Bücher, Musik oder Filme machen Reiselust und Fernweh?

Dies sollen nur die ersten Ideen sein – wir werden uns weiterhin von unseren Reisen und Erfahrungen inspirieren lassen.

Außerdem wird es eine besondere Kategorie geben – „Panda sketches“. Die Abenteuer von Viking und Panda sollen hier in kleinen Comics die kleinen Freuden des Reisens näher gebracht werden.

Um ein breiter gefächertes Publikum zu erreichen, werden wir sowohl Beiträge auf Deutsch, als aber auch auf Englisch veröffentlichen, manchmal auch zweisprachig. Bilder sprechen ja auch oft gerne für sich 🙂

Hey Folks!

We started this little Blog in August 2016 so that our friends and family could follow us via Internet during our Roadtrip through Scandinavia. This worked so nicely and we got a lot of positive feedback for our pictures and small reports about our activities.

With complete conviction we can say that travelling is our passion. In 2016 we visited 6 countries and a lot interesting places within Germany. And there are already a lot of exciting adventures planned for the upcoming year. Blogging was so much fun this entire summer, so we decided to continue Vikingpanda as a travelblog.

What to expect here in the future?

In general mostly reports and pictures of the awesome places we were and shall be
Reviews to particular places, travel-related books, equiptment, etc.
Field reports about specific phenomenons or myth of the country
Basic language skills (mostly swedish, as Coco is learning it, but we could add german as well)
Tipps for restaurants, food in general and cooking specific food from our travels at home
Best travel entertainment
Travel from your couch – which books, movies or music make you wanna go on adventures immediately?

This are just the fist ideas popped into our minds – we will see what interesting things we can find on our travels to blog about 🙂

There will be a special categorie – „Panda sketches“. Coco loves drawing little comics about the travel adventures, so this will be a nice add to the pictures and texts.

We will blog in german and english, but not all posts will be bilingual. Nevertheless, pictures can talk for itselfes 🙂
